MOSCOW, February 21. /TASS/. Russia supports China's position on territorial issues, the Secretary of Russia’s Security Council Nikolay Patrushev stressed at a meeting with the Director of the Office of the Central Foreign Affairs Commission of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), member of the CCP Politburo Wang Yi in Moscow on Tuesday.

Patrushev said that in the context of the campaign launched by the collective West to contain Russia and China the further deepening of bilateral coordination and interaction in the international arena was of particular importance.

"In this context, I wish to reiterate our unwavering support for Beijing on the issues of Taiwan, Xinjiang, Tibet and Hong Kong, which are being used by the West to discredit China," Patrushev said.
