LUGANSK, February 10. /TASS/. Foreign mercenaries stationed in Chasov Yar in the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) are equipping their positions in civilian buildings, Lugansk People’s Republic (LPR) people’s militia retired Lieutenant-Colonel Andrey Marochko told TASS on Friday.

"In the settlement of Chasov Yar, the presence of foreign mercenaries has been spotted. The analysis of Ukrainian armed formations’ places has shown that servicemen mostly speaking English are entrenched in a civilian building re-equipped for military needs," he said.

Russia’s reconnaissance has established that the foreign mercenaries are clad in "various uniforms without any insignia" and are armed with NATO-standard small arms, Marochko said.
