BAMAKO /Mali/, February 7. /TASS/. Former colonizers must put it behind them how they captured territories on the African continent, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said following talks with Malian Foreign Minister Abdoulaye Diop.

"We and our Malian friends, an overwhelming majority of other African nations, believe that former colonial powers must forget how they captured and exploited these territories, this continent. They must get used to the fact that the world has changed," he said.
