Egyptian top diplomat plans to discuss Ukraine crisis, its impact in Moscow visit

According to Egyptian Foreign Ministry Spokesman Ahmed Abu Zeid, the Egyptian top diplomat will meet with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, Minister of Industry and Trade Denis Manturov, and with Russian Security Council Secretary Nikolay Patrushev

CAIRO, January 30. /TASS/. Egyptian Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry intends to discuss international and regional issues, including the Russian-Ukrainian crisis and its consequences, in Moscow, where he is on a visit Monday evening, Egyptian Foreign Ministry Spokesman Ahmed Abu Zeid said.

"The visit will make it possible for the Egyptian and Russian sides to hold consultations and exchange views on many international and regional issues of concern for both states, including on the development of the Russian-Ukrainian crisis and its consequences," he said,

According to the spokesman, the Egyptian top diplomat will meet with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, Minister of Industry and Trade Denis Manturov, and with Russian Security Council Secretary Nikolay Patrushev to discuss "all issues of bilateral relations" and the implementation of joint projects.
