LUGANSK, January 22. /TASS/. The Ukrainian armed forces have bombarded the Stakhanov machine-building plant, presumably using a multiple launch rocket system (MLRS), Rodion Miroshnik, former ambassador of the Lugansk People’s Republic to Moscow, said on Saturday.

"The Ukrainian armed forces hit Stakhanov, supposedly from a multiple rocket launcher. Locals speak of five heavy incoming impacts near the Stakhanov machine-building plant," he wrote on his Telegram channel.
