UNITED NATIONS, December 10. /TASS/. Kiev authorities seek to literally raze Donetsk with Western weapons, Russian Permanent Representative to the UN Vasily Nebenzya said during the Security Council meeting on Ukraine Friday.

"During the last week, a true massacre has been going on in Donetsk with Western weapons. Incited by Western states, Ukrainian punishers seek to literally raze the city," he said.
