MOSCOW, December 5. /TASS/. Russian President Vladimir Putin is set to attend a ceremony of awarding volunteers on Monday.

The ceremony will take place on the International Volunteer Day and be part of the We Are Together conference that’s scheduled to be held in Moscow from December 5-7.
