LUGANSK, December 2. /TASS/. Senior Ukrainian officers deployed near Artyomovsk are panicking in the absence of orders to evacuate from the city, Andrey Marochko, an officer with the Lugansk People’s Republic’s (LPR) People’s Militia, told TASS on Friday.
"The situation of Ukrainian armed formations has been worsening every day amid the advance of our troops toward Artyomovsk. At present, there is every reason to arrange an evacuation of the command post from the city to a safer location, but the higher command is not even considering redeployment which has caused panic among senior officers," Marochko said.
On Thursday, acting leader of the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) Denis Pushilin reported about successes of allied forces near Artyomovsk and Maryinka.
