MOSCOW, November 18. /TASS/. The Kiev regime is still capable of building and using a ‘dirty bomb’, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Ryabkov said on Friday.

"There are resources to make such a device (a `dirty bomb’ - TASS) and use it as a provocation in Ukraine," Ryabkov told reporters.

According to the Russian diplomat, Moscow has taken note of a resolution adopted by the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) saying that following an inspection of three facilities in Ukraine the organization found no evidence of a `dirty bomb’ being in the making. "However, those three facilities are not all the Kiev regime has at its disposal," the diplomat emphasized. "And if we take into account who sponsors the regime and what those sponsors are capable of, as events in the past few months have shown, there is perhaps no reason to be satisfied with what the IAEA has collected and prepared," he argued.

Russia will clarify its position on this issue as it accumulates further information, Ryabkov concluded.
