BEIJING, November 17. /TASS/. The prime ministers of Russia and China, Mikhail Mishustin and Li Keqiang, could hold a virtual meeting in December, Igor Morgulov, the Russian ambassador to China, said on Thursday.

"The time for the next regular meeting of the prime ministers are being negotiated. The time that’s being discussed is December. Given the epidemic restrictions, I think the format of choice will be a video link," the ambassador told reporters.
