MOSCOW, November 10. /TASS/. The joint forces will not allow Ukrainian force to cross Dnieper, says Kherson Region military-civilian administration representative Sergey Moroz.

"Preparations on the left bank are going full steam ahead: they dig ditches, deploy dugouts, deploy anti-tank hedgehogs; our artillery and infantry is totally prepared on the left bank to provide a rebuff, of course. […] [Ukrainian forces] will not be able to get to the left bank, because our forces have dug in very strongly, well and for a long time. We will definitely not go away from the left bank," Moroz said on Russian TV Thursday.
