Canada’s Prime Minister Justin Trudeau announced new sanctions earlier on Friday
OTTAWA, October 28. /TASS/. Canadian authorities blacklisted 35 more individuals and six legal entities from Russia, the Global Affairs Canada said on its website on Friday.
Sanctions were introduced in particular against Russia’s Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak, Deputy Prime Minister and Industry Minister Denis Manturov, Energy Minister Nikolay Shulginov and Gazprom Board Chairman Viktor Zubkov. Lukoil, Transoil and Sogaz companies were also added to the sanction list.
