MOSCOW, October 27. /TASS/. Russia receives support and has many friends around the world, it has no need to impose anything, President Vladimir Putin said on Thursday at a plenary session of the Valdai International Discussion Club.
"Russian flags are [deployed] now in some African countries. The same happens in Latin America, in Asia. We have a lot of friends. And we don't need to impose anything on anyone," the president stressed.
So many people in other countries are "tired of living under external control," he went on to say. "And when they see the example of our fight against this control, they are on our side, both domestically and externally," the president said.
