MOSCOW, October 26. /TASS/. Moscow is engaged in a constructive dialogue with the International Atomic Energy Agency and plans to continue it, Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters on Wednesday.

He was commenting on a possible mission by the organization’s experts to Ukraine to check reports that Kiev is making a dirty bomb.

"We are engaged in a very constructive dialogue with the IAEA and intend to continue that dialogue," the spokesman said when asked whether Moscow trusts the organization and its reports.

Head of the Russian Radiation, Chemical and Biological Protection Forces Lieutenant General Igor Kirillov on Monday said the Defense Ministry put its forces on alert to act "in the conditions of radioactive contamination" because it had obtained data that Kiev was ready to use a dirty bomb.

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov has also stated there’s a dirty-bomb risk. Russia has raised the issue at the UN Security Council. Russian Defense Minister Sergey Shoigu has held telephone conversations with his counterparts in the UK, US, Turkey and France to warn about the threat from Ukraine. Washington, London and Paris have stated, however, that they don’t believe Russia.
