Russian defense chief warns Chinese counterpart of Ukraine’s ‘dirty bomb’ false flag plot

MOSCOW, October 26. /TASS/. Russian Defense Minister Sergey Shoigu held talks with his Chinese counterpart Wei Fenghe via video conference, informing him that Ukraine might use a "dirty bomb" to conduct a false flag operation, the Russian Defense Ministry said in a statement on Wednesday.

"Talks between Russian Defense Minister Army General Sergey Shoigu and Chinese Minister of National Defense Wei Fenghe took place via video conference on October 26. The parties discussed the situation in Ukraine. Army General Sergey Shoigu conveyed Russia’s concerns about Ukraine possibly using a ‘dirty bomb’ to conduct false flag operations to his Chinese counterpart," the statement reads.

Shoigu earlier held a conversation with Indian Defense Minister Rajnath Singh, providing him with the same information.

On October 23, the Russian defense chief informed US Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin, British Secretary of State for Defense Ben Wallace, French Defense Minister Sebastien Lecornu and Turkish Defense Minister Hulusi Akar about Kiev’s plot to carry out a false flag.

On Monday, Chief of Russia’s Radiation, Chemical and Biological Protection Troops Lieutenant-General Igor Kirillov told a news briefing that the Defense Ministry had put its forces and resources in a state of readiness for action "in a situation of radioactive contamination" based on intel about Kiev’s plot for using a "dirty" nuclear bomb.
