It was reported earlier on Wednesday that Russian troops struck all the designated Ukrainian military command and energy infrastructure targets with precision weapons
MOSCOW, October 19. /TASS/. A Russian naval ship carried out a salvo launch of Kalibr cruise missiles to hit targets in the special military operation in Ukraine, according to video footage released by Russia’s Defense Ministry on Wednesday.
The video shows the salvo launch of at least four Kalibr cruise missiles.
Defense Ministry Spokesman Lieutenant-General Igor Konashenkov reported earlier on Wednesday that Russian troops struck all the designated Ukrainian military command and energy infrastructure targets with precision weapons.
The Kalibr (NATO reporting name: SS-N-27 Sizzler) is a Russian cruise missile engineered and produced by the Yekaterinburg-based Novator Design Bureau (part of the Almaz-Antey defense manufacturer). The Russian Armed Forces currently operate shipborne Kalibr-NK and submarine-launched Kalibr-PL missile modifications.
