MOSCOW, October 12. /TASS/. Russia does not refuse any useful international contacts, but also does not impose such meetings on its partners, including the US, Kremlin Aide Yury Ushakov told reporters at a briefing on Wednesday.

"We never refuse negotiations or any other useful international contacts. We never push away an outstretched hand," Ushakov pointed out. "But if we feel and understand that a partner does not want to meet for one reason or another, we do not, as they say, impose ourselves," the Kremlin aide added, commenting on US President Joe Biden's remarks that he had no intention to meet with his Russian counterpart on the sidelines of the G20 summit in Indonesia.

Earlier, US President Joe Biden said that he did not plan to meet with Russian President Vladimir Putin at the upcoming G20 summit, but believed that this would depend on what the Russian leader would want to discuss.
