Russia will require additional time to study the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) report, issued after its delegation visited the Zaporozhye Nuclear Power Plant (NPP), Russian Permanent Representative to the UN Vasily Nebenzya told the UN Security Council on Tuesday.

"We will require additional time to study the document," he said.
