ENTEBBE /Uganda/, July 25. /TASS/. Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov arrived on a working visit to Uganda on Monday.

It will be the third stopover on his African tour. On Tuesday, he will have talks with his Ugandan counterpart, Jeje Odongo, and will be received by Ugandan President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni.
