WASHINGTON, June 2. /TASS/. US authorities included ten businessmen and chief executives as well as sixteen entities into the list of persons covered by anti-Russian sanctions, the US Department of the Treasury said on Thursday.

In particular, sanctions were introduced against businessman Aleksey Mordashov, CEO of the United Aircraft Corporation Yury Slyusar, CEO of Rosgeo Sergey Gorkov and others.

Sanctions also were imposed on Nordgold, Severstal and other companies.

Presence in the sanction list means that assets will be frozen in the US and the ban is introduced for US persons to carry business with individuals and companies under sanctions.
