Poland may pose threat to Ukraine’s territorial integrity, Kremlin spokesman says
At the same time, Dmitry Peskov refrained from commenting on remarks made by Belarusian President, who said in his interview to Associated Press that, under certain circumstances, Russia, Belarus and Ukraine might fight against Poland for preservation of Ukrainian territorial integrity
MOSCOW, May 6. /TASS/. Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov pointed out a potential threat to Ukraine’s territorial integrity from Poland.
"The fact that a very hostile rhetoric has been coming from Poland in the recent months - it has long stopped being friendly, but it has become hostile in the recent months - and the fact that a threat for Ukraine’s territorial integrity may originate from Poland - those are obvious facts," Peskov told reporters Friday.
Meanwhile, Peskov refrained from commenting on remarks made by Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko, who said in his interview to Associated Press that, under certain circumstances, Russia, Belarus and Ukraine might fight against Poland for preservation of Ukrainian territorial integrity.
"I would rather refrain from commenting on a statement made by the President of Belarus," Peskov said.
