On April 3, Russian Defense Ministry debunked Kiev’s allegations of murder of civilians in Bucha

MOSCOW, May 6. /TASS/. Presidents of Russia and Belarus Vladimir Putin and Alexander Lukashenko discussed the provocative staging in Bucha, and the information about its organizers will be published on time, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters Friday.

"Of course, this topic was discussed," the spokesman said, answering a question whether the two leaders discussed the provocation in Bucha and its organizers.

"It is well known and is show in rather good details and with arguments, that this is a total fiction and a purposefully directed staging," Peskov underscored. Meanwhile, he refrained from saying which country in particular is behind this staging.

"The information will appear on time," the spokesman said.

Earlier, Lukashenko told Associated Press that British representatives arrived in Bucha from Lvov to prepare informational attacks. According to Lukashenko, the organizers of the staging are known, those being "mainly the British."

On April 3, Russian Defense Ministry debunked Kiev’s allegations of murder of civilians in Bucha. The Ministry stated that Russian forces completely withdrew from Bucha on March 30, while "evidence of crimes" appeared only four days later, when Ukrainian Security Service employees arrived in the town. The Ministry also underscored that, on March 31, Bucha Mayor Anatoly Fedoruk confirmed in his video statement that no Russian forces were present in the town, but mentioned no bodies of civilians shot in the streets. Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov called the situation in Bucha a "fake news attack.".
