MOSCOW, 27 April. /TASS/. There are no negotiations on the exchange of Viktor Medvedchuk, Chairman of the Political Council of Ukraine's Opposition Platform - For Life party, Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters.
"No, this is not being discussed," he said in reply to a corresponding question.
On April 13, Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky made a proposal to exchange Medvedchuk for Ukrainian prisoners of war.
