MOSCOW, April 22. /TASS/. The Kremlin refuses to comment on Russia’s special military operation, including the goals in southern Ukraine, Russian Presidential Spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters on Friday.

"We still have no comment on issues relating to the special military operation," the Kremlin spokesman said, when asked to comment on statements the Central Military District’s command made earlier on Friday on the perspectives of the special operation in Ukraine.

Peskov also forwarded questions on whether the Russian president had tweaked the goals of the operation as commander in chief to the country’s top brass. "You should take these questions to the Defense Ministry," the spokesman said.
