Russian authorities to support returning fellow citizens, assures Putin
Many people, who are coming back to Russia, work in education and science, the Russian President noted
MOSCOW, April 20. /TASS/. Russia’s authorities vow to work hard to create the right environment for compatriots returning to the country, President Vladimir Putin said at a meeting of the Russia - Land of Opportunity non-profit organization’s Supervisory Board on Wednesday.
"Many people who are coming back [to Russia], and a lot of them are returning, work in education and science. Undoubtedly, we must create conditions for people who want to work and fulfill their potential here," Putin said.
In addition, Putin pointed out that "it also depends on the individual who needs to find themselves and identify their niche."
A finalist in the Leaders of Russia contest for managers, Mikhail Goryanoy, who runs a Chinese enterprise, said that more and more people were telling him about their aspirations to "return to Russia, to live in Russia and to work in Russia for the prosperity of Russia."
"However, there is some doubt about that," Goryanoy said adding that he would like to serve as an example for those fellow citizens.
"The Leaders of Russia contest became the culmination of my long journey home," he stressed, adding that "the people around the world who want to come back to Russia need to be given the strength and awareness that it is possible, that it is necessary and that it is noble."
"This is indeed necessary and noble. It must be interesting for a particular individual," Putin believes. In his view, Goryanoy has found himself, as his field of work related to cooperation with China "is really mainstream nowadays".
