The Tochka-U tactical missile system is not operational in the Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republics or in Russia but is actively used by the Ukrainian military, the DPR territorial defense headquarters said
DONETSK, April 8. /TASS/. A Tochka-U missile strike was delivered on the railway station in Kiev-controlled Kramatorsk where the evacuation of civilians is underway, the territorial defense headquarters of the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) reported on Friday.
"A missile strike was delivered on the railway station in Kramatorsk where the evacuation of civilians is underway. The Tochka-U missile fragments fell in close proximity to the railway station," the headquarters reported on its Telegram.
