MOSCOW, March 24. /TASS/. The decision of the Polish authorities to declare 45 Russian diplomats personae non gratae is a deliberate move towards the severance of bilateral relations, the Russian Foreign Ministry reported.

"The decision adopted on March 23 by the Polish authorities to declare 45 Russian diplomats personae non gratae is a premeditated move towards the ultimate break of bilateral relations, which our Polish "partners" have been systematically soaring for a long time," the statement said on Thursday.

Earlier it was reported that Russian Ambassador to Poland Andreyev was summoned on early Wednesday by the Polish Foreign Ministry, where he was handed a note ordering the expulsion of 45 Russian diplomats. Andreyev stressed that diplomatic relations between Moscow and Warsaw remained in force.
