Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi notes Russia’s right to ensure national security — Kremlin
According to the Kremlin press service, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan and Russian President Vladimir Putin held telephone talks
MOSCOW, March 1. /TASS/. Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, Deputy Supreme Commander of the United Arab Emirates Armed Forces Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan has said that he believes that Moscow has the right to ensure national security during a phone call with Russian President Vladimir Putin, the Kremlin press service said.
"[The sides] addressed the situation around Ukraine. Vladimir Putin outlined the reasons, goals and objectives of the Russian special military operation in Ukraine," the Kremlin press service noted. "In turn, Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan reaffirmed that Russia has a right to ensure national security," the Kremlin said.
On February 24, Russian President Vladimir Putin in response to the appeal of the leaders of the republics of Donbass, decided to conduct a special military operation. The Russian leader stressed that Moscow’s plans do not include the occupation of Ukrainian territories, while the main goal is the country’s demilitarization and denazification.
