MOSCOW, December 21. /TASS/. Russian President Vladimir Putin on Tuesday held a Security Council meeting to discuss a proposed policy paper on aviation spanning the period to 2030.

The meeting was attended by Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin, Federation Council Speaker Valentina Matvienko, State Duma Speaker Vyacheslav Volodin, Security Council Deputy Chairman Dmitry Medvedev, Presidential Administration Head Anton Vaino, Security Council Secretary NikolayPatrushev, Internal Affairs Minister Vladimir Kolokoltsev, Defense Minister Sergey Shoigu, Federal Security Service Director Alexander Bortnikov, Foreign Intelligence Service Director Sergey Naryshkin, Special Presidential Envoy for Environmental Protection, Ecology and Transport Sergey Ivanov.
