MOSCOW, March 18./TASS/. The Russian Foreign Ministry is already working to organize a conversation of President Vladimir Putin and US President Joe Biden.

"Yes, we have already started," Foreign Ministry sources said in reply to a TASS query.

Earlier on Thursday, President Putin offered his US counterpart Joe Biden to hold an open dialogue live on Friday or on Monday.
