Kremlin says no contacts with Zelensky on Putin's agenda

On Monday, Zelensky took the oath of office, and officially became the president of Ukraine

MOSCOW, May 20. / TASS /. As of now, Russian President Vladimir Putin does not have many plans to meet with Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky, presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov told reporters on Monday.

"No, at the moment there are no contacts on the agenda," he said, answering the question whether contacts in any form are planned between the presidents of the Russian Federation and Ukraine in the near future. On Monday, Zelensky took the oath of office, and officially became the president of the country. In his speech, right after taking the oath, Zelensky dismissed the Ukrainian parliament (Verkhovna Rada) and suggested that the Minister's Cabinet resign.
