Putin, Cabinet members to discuss Crimea’s socio-economic development March 20

On March 18, the Russian president visited Crimea and the city of Sevastopol where he took part in celebrations to mark the 5th anniversary of Crimea’s reunification with Russia

MOSCOW, March 19. /TASS/. Russian President Vladimir Putin will chair a meeting with government members on March 20 to discuss the results of Crimea’s development over the past five years, the Kremlin press service reported.

"On March 20, Vladimir Putin will chair another meeting with Russian government members. The meeting will focus on discussing the results of Crimea’s and Sevastopol’s socio-economic development in 2014-2018," the press service said.

Head of the Republic of Crimea Sergei Aksenov and Sevastopol Governor Dmitry Ovsyannikov will deliver reports on the issue at the meeting. The participants will also discuss some pressing issues.

On Monday, March 18, Putin visited Crimea and the city of Sevastopol where he took part in celebrations to mark the fifth anniversary of Crimea’s reunification with Russia.
