MOSCOW, June 27. /TASS/. Russian President Vladimir Putin has expressed the hope that US National Security Adviser John Bolton’s visit to Moscow will be a step towards restoring full-fledged relations with Washington.

"Your visit to Moscow gives us the hope that we will be able to make at least first steps towards restoring full-fledged relations between our countries," Putin said during their meeting in the Kremlin. "Russia has never sought confrontation."
