Moscow convinced Kiev will stir the pot over Babchenko’s faked ‘murder’
Moscow also hopes foreign partners and international institutes will draw conclusions from the situation
MOSCOW, May 30. /TASS/. Ukraine’s Security Service (SBU) will carry on stirring up anti-Russian incitement over the faked ‘assassination’ of journalist Arkady Babchenko so as to foment accusations against Moscow, Russia’s Foreign Ministry said in a commentary released on Wednesday.
"A direct consequence of this obviously calculated propaganda effect was the entire international community, which responded quickly to the news from Ukraine about a journalist’s murder, getting duped," the Russian Foreign Ministry said.
"At present, the true motives behind this performance are starting to unfurl since undoubtedly, it more anti-Russian incitement."
"The SBU’s future actions are fathomable," the ministry added.
"They will naturally keep fomenting this provocation."
Moscow hopes foreign partners and international institutes will draw the appropriate conclusions from this stunt involving the faked assassination of Russian journalist Arkady Babchenko.
"We state that the problem of life and death in Ukraine and the trust that the international community vests in its policy are nothing more than chump change for the Kiev regime, which is fanning the anti-Russian hysteria," the statement said. "We're confident our foreign partners and the relevant international agencies will draw correct conclusions from the whole situation."
