MOSCOW, May 7. /TASS/. Russian President Vladimir Putin said on Sunday he hoped the government would continue working at a usual fair pace while the next cabinet of ministers was in the process of formation.
He made the request to Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev in the process of a meeting with cabinet members in the Kremlin on Sunday. The Presidential Administration published the transcript of the meeting at its official homepage.
"It’s important to keep and develop the up-to-date approaches and to ensure continuity of operations, as well as succession in the country’s development, including a strict pace of activity while the next cabinet is formed," Putin said.
"I hope for your support, sense of responsibility and professionalism," he said.
