MOSCOW, April 29. /TASS/. The International Space Station has enough supplies to continue the orbital mission, the head of the ISS Russian operating segment said on Wednesday.

Vladimir Solovyov said the mission can be "continued safely and wait for the next cargo spacecraft."

Russia’s Progress M-27M freighter launched from the Baikonur space center in Kazakhstan on Tuesday failed to reach its designated orbit for docking with the International Space Station and is currently spinning out of control.

A source at the Baikonur space center told TASS that the Progress M-28M cargo spacecraft, originally scheduled to be launched on August 6, may be put in orbit ahead of time due to the failed launch of its predecessor.
