VLADIVOSTOK, August 17 /ITAR-TASS/. A 5.0-point earthquake struck southern Yakutia on Sunday, a Russian geophysical service reported.
The epicenter was located at a depth of 20 kilometers in the Neryungrinsky district 130 km to the northeast of Khani village with a population of about 1,000 people. No casualties or destruction were reported.
