KIEV, December 29, 5:29 /ITAR-TASS/. Ilya Tsymbalar, a former midfielder of Spartak (Moscow) and the Russian National Football Team, has died in Odessa, Ukraine, at the age of 44, the Ukrainian media reports.
Tsymbalar played for Spartak from 1993 to 1999. He played 142 matches and scored 42 goals for the Moscow team. He was the champion of Russia in 1993, 1994, 1996, 1997, 1998 and 1999).
