MOSCOW, December 11. /ITAR-TASS/. U.S.President Barack Obama will send U.S. official delegations to the Sochi Olympics and Paralympics, but it was not immediately known who would head these delegations, U.S. ambassador to Russia Michael McFaul told journalists in Moscow on Wednesday.
The ambassador said he was 100 percent sure that a presidential delegation would arrive, but it was not immediately clear who would head it.
The ambassador specified that three delegations would be sent to Russia on behalf of the U.S. president - to the opening and closing ceremony of the Sochi Olympics and to the Paralympic Games.
