Fairy tales of peoples of Caucasus to be made into films and animated cartoons

A collection of fairy tales printed in Moscow in 10,000 copies was presented Thursday

MOSCOW, October 25 (Itar-Tass) - Fairy tales of peoples of Caucasus will be made into films and animated cartoons, Aliy Totorkulov, president of the Russian Congress of Peoples of Caucasus, told a news conference in Itar-Tass on Thursday.

He presented the collection of fairy tales printed in Moscow in 10,000 copies. The books are to be distributed among children’s homes in Russia, and a small number of copies will go to Russian families, he said.

Audio fairy tales recorded by famous people, singers, film directors, and composers was also presented to reporters.

The president of the Russian Congress of Peoples of Caucasus said film directors and animated cartoon artists are invited to cooperate in the project.
