MOSCOW, January 22. /TASS/. A 46-year-old resident of St. Petersburg was awarded the title of the third vice-grandmother at this year’s Grandma Universe beauty pageant, Natalia Rogova, the organizer of the national stage of the competition, told TASS on Sunday.

"Alyona Sibiyeva, a martial arts coach from St. Petersburg, became the third vice-grandmother of the Universe. The final gala of the Grandma Universe 2023 beauty contest was held in Sofia, Bulgaria on January 21," Rogova said.

Twenty women from all over the world took part in the contest. The main title was won by a delegate from Singapore.

Sibiyeva is an active athlete, and she is a black belt in Oyama Karate and Kobudo. She heads a branch of the Oyama Karate Center in Vsevolozhsk, and teaches karate to children and adults. Also, she goes in for skating, skiing, swimming, yoga, dancing, and car racing. She will return home on Monday.
