BRUSSELS, August 19 (Itar-Tass) - The European Union is preparing an embargo on the delivery of arms and police special vehicles to Egypt. According to Itar-Tass diplomatic sources, the matter will be discussed at EU foreign ministers’ emergency meeting on Egypt that is to be held in Brussels this week.
