UNITED NATIONS, July 9 (Itar-Tass) - Russia has handed over to the United Nations chemical samples taken in Khan-al-Asal, in Aleppo, that has presumably come under a chemical attack, Russian Ambassador to the United Nations Vitaly Churkin said.
