GENEVA, May 29 (Itar-Tass) - The U.N. Council of Human Rights instructed an independent committee to investigate the events in the Syrian city El-Quseir. This provision is included in the resolution, which was adopted upon the results of urgent debates on Syria that were held at a session of the U.N. Council of Human Rights on Tuesday.
