MOSCOW, March 19 (Itar-Tass) – The Russian embassy in Damascus refrains from making comments on the use of chemical weapons in Syria, a representative of the embassy told Itar-Tass on Tuesday.

According to earlier reports of western media, Syria’s rebels used chemical weapons in an attack in the northern province of Aleppo. As a result 15 people, mainly civilians, were killed and several others wounded.
