MOSCOW, October 11. /TASS/. The power supply, which was locally disrupted due to a drone attack in Vladimir, a city in central Russia, has been restored to 80%, while heat and water supply have been fully restored, regional governor Alexander Avdeyev reported.
According to him, the drones attacked infrastructure in the suburbs of Vladimir, causing a fire. Two substations that supplied electricity to 5,000 people were shut down. Residents were evacuated from homes closest to the site of the attack.
"The power service, which was interrupted locally as a result of the drone attack in Vladimir, has been restored to 80%, while the heat and water services have been restored to 100%. Utility workers are continuing their efforts," the governor wrote in a statement on his Max channel.
