Attacks on four Russian refineries repelled last night — deputy PM

Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak said that an assessment of the damage is currently underway

MOSCOW, October 2. /TASS/. Four Russian oil refineries were attacked last night; the attacks were repelled, and the facilities’ processing equipment was not damaged, Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak reported.

"Just last night, our four refineries came under attack. We effectively repelled all attacks on our facilities. The processing equipment was not damaged. An assessment of the damage is currently underway at one of the refineries," he said.

Novak noted that the authorities are taking all necessary measures to supply the market with all types of petroleum products.
