MOSCOW, September 22. /TASS/. Air defenses downed 297 Ukrainian fixed-wing drones over Russian regions overnight, the Defense Ministry reported.

As a result of the Ukrainian attack, one civilian died and four others were injured in Russia’s southwestern Samara Region.

- Russian servicemen repelled a Ukrainian drone attack on the Samara Region overnight, Governor Vyacheslav Fyodorishchev said on his Max channel.

- Air defenses downed four Ukrainian drones over the Ulyanovsk Region, Governor Alexey Russkikh stated on his Telegram channel.

- In the early morning hours of September 22, a drone exploded in the skies over Rasskazovo in the Tambov Region, the local authorities said.
