MOSCOW, August 12. /TASS/. Three people were killed and at least 24 injured during a massive Ukrainian attack on the Krasnodar Region, when several hundred drones were destroyed and civilian facilities and houses hit.

According to the latest information, two schools and a college were damaged in a drone attack on Novorossiysk.

TASS has compiled the key facts about the consequences.

Scale

- Air defense forces on duty intercepted and destroyed 502 Ukrainian aircraft-type unmanned aerial vehicles over Russian regions, the Defense Ministry said.

- According to the agency, drones were shot down over the Belgorod, Bryansk, Kaluga, Kursk, Lipetsk, Krasnodar and Oryol regions, the Republic of Crimea, and the Black Sea.

- The military repelled two massive attacks in Sevastopol at night, 115 drones were shot down, Governor Mikhail Razvozhayev said on Max messenger.

- Several hundred drones were destroyed during a massive attack on the Krasnodar Region, Governor Veniamin Kondratyev said on Max messenger.

Attack on Krasnodar Region

- Civilian installations and houses were hit in Novorossiysk, Anapa, Gelendzhik and Temryuk districts, Razvozhayev said.

- Drone wreckage fell on 21 residential buildings and four enterprises in the Krasnodar Region, the head of the region specified.

- An aboveground overpass collapsed in Novorossiysk as a result of a drone attack, head of the city Andrey Kravchenko, said on Max messenger.

- Traffic was blocked, with a detour being set up along Portovaya Street or through the village of Kirillovka.

- A drone attack damaged the main pipelines of the cold water supply on Novorossiysk, the Autonomous Thermal Energy Company (ATEK) said on Telegram.

- Novorossiysk lost cold and hot water completely.

- Damage to one of the two supply water pipes was repaired, and water flows were restored, Kravchenko later said.

- The Kuban operational headquarters said that drones damaged about 20 houses in Gelendzhik with three of them destroyed completely.

Dead and injured

- An eight-year-old child died in Novorossiysk, said Kondratiyev.

- The mother of the dead eight-year-old boy is in serious condition, while his six-year-old brother was also seriously injured, said Commissioner for Children's Rights Maria Lvova-Belova.

- A man injured in the drone attack in the village of Volna in the Krasnodar Territory died of his wounds, Kondratiyev said.

- In Novorossiysk, eight people were injured, including a child.

- They were hospitalized.

- In Anapa, drone debris damaged an apartment building, two people were injured.

- They received the necessary medical care without hospitalization.
