BUENOS AIRES, August 10. /TASS/. The death toll from the powerful earthquake in western Colombia has climbed to 111, President Abelardo de la Espriella said.

"As of 12:30 a.m. (5:30 p.m. GMT - TASS), 111 people died, 87 were injured, 1,575 residential houses were damaged, 37 were completely ruined, 61 buildings collapsed," he said in an address to the nation.
